iCloud Contacts

Somehow my iPhone XR has saved all of my contacts in iCloud. I really need them to be in Outlook Professional 2010, which I use for business. How can I save my iCloud contacts into Outlook?

I tried that before posting the question. It only seems to download 1 contact at a time. It would be rather tedious to do each individually.
