How the heck do you sign up for the Showtime CBS All Access bundle?

I can add channels separately (and apparently only the 7 day free trial). How do I sign up for the bundle?

I had this issue too. Completely baffled. RobRedCA's answer below is what unlocked things. I am the head user on an iCloud Family Plan. Our Apple TV+ subscription comes from the free year that my mom received when she bought a new phone. In Settings > Apple ID (your name and photo at the top) > Family Sharing, it shows the TV+ Subscription as shared with the family by her.

I texted her to see what she saw in the TV app, as I did not see what RobRedCA posted below. She did and was able to add the bundle to the family plan. Billing still comes back to me, so it all works out.

I hope this helps someone

Yes, thanks. I’ve been an Apple TV+ subscriber for several months. But I’m not seeing where or how to sign up for the Showtime/CBS bundle. I’ve looked on my Apple TV screen, computer including Apple.com, and my phone. I’m just not seeing a link to a signup. Maybe I’m not looking in the right place(s). All I find are separate 7-day free trials for those two services, no bundle option.
