I had the spectrum tv app on my iPhone 8 - somehow when I was at my mothers in another service area my app changed to her account - I deleted the app from my phone but when I went to reinstall it - it came from the Cloud so was the same app I had removed. Not real tech savvy here but assuming I need to delete app from Cloud - tried to research on line and still can't do it - can someone talk me through how to do it?

Apps are not installed from iCloud, but from the App Store.
My understanding is that the app has automatically signed you in to your mother's account. So, what you have to do is sign out of her account and sign in as yours.
