Received new Iphone 11; how do I turn off old Iphone XR?
Received new Iphone 11 and transferred data from old iphone XR; but I am getting notifications, messages on old phone and not new phone? How do I get new info on new phone?

did you contact your wireless carrier or do something to activate/transfer your service to the new phone? That doesn't happen on it's own and is completely separate from transferring data etc.
