Apple Cash locked

Hi guys

my Apple Cash is locked 🔒. Any idea on how to get it unlocked ? I talked to one of the Apple Cash support on phone but that ain’t helping me. Please put me through to this.

Here is the link you need - If your Apple Cash account is restricted or locked - Apple Support

it takes a few days to unlock Apple Cash and its possible they will not unlock it under certain circumstances.

Thanks for this.

I have already verified my identity and it’s says verified before it get locked and I called. I gave the customer support agent all information needed and said in 1-3 days.

How can I be sure my account will be unlocked ?
