iPhone XS In boot loop Unable to restore

Tried hard reset, hard restore, contacted Apple support and after taking to a Best Buy and no luck, since it’s out of warranty asked to just get a new phone. I see many other users having similar issues here, really appreciate Apple support here on next steps please? Thanks
