COVERAGE EXPIRED ON NEW IPHONE 11 PRO MAX

Hey guys , I purchased a brand new iPhone 11 Pro Max .

activated it my self and guess what ? It shows coverage expired in the settings .


when I check it’s serial number on Apple warranty check same results. How do I get to rectify this ?


I mean how is this even possible yet these phones are not a year on the market ??

It’d be reasonable for Apple to want to see the device, as part of determining the warranty coverage.


But we’re other users and not folks that work for Apple. Nobody here has any insight into what happened.


If Apple offers only “bring it in”, that’s seemingly your option. This if there’s no Chat or other option available.
