Something on my browser history won’t clear

Went to history and clear all but one item will not clear or delete

*When there's no history or website data to clear, the setting turns gray. The setting might also be gray if you have web content restrictions set up under Content & Privacy Restrictions in Screen Time.

Thanks I was able to clear everyone Safari Setting. I had visited a site that wanted to put aVPN on my phone , I didn’t install it but looked it up. After that I couldn’t delete it, I could clear history but that site would not clear. so I just cleared everything in settings.
