There is good news and bad news.
Memory Pressure green is good.
The bad, 4GBs of RAM is not much, and it can’t be upgraded on your model.

Consider 16GB for Multitasking.
If it is very slow, then multitasking may be getting in the way here - So, if you purchase a new Mac in the future, get quite a bit more, considering 16GB.
4GB would be good for basic usage (AKA "one app at a time"). But, not good for streaming (i.e. Apple TV), and running "multiple items at once" (AKA "Multitasking")
