You can't purchase more storage for the phone. It will always have the amount of storage it came with. You can purchase space in iCloud, Apple's syncing service, but you should save important photos and data to your computer or an external disc. To make more storage on the phone you must delete photos, messages, apps, etc.. Check these links...
