How can I import my photos and videos FROM my iCloud to my iPod touch?

I think I may have completely destroyed my iPhone 8 Plus by submerging in into water for only 10 seconds, however, I'm in luck because my iCloud is backed up so I didn't lose anything forever. So what I'm trying to figure out what to do is how I can import photos to my iPod touch until I get a new iPhone.
