how do i rotate a pic in my photo album on an iphone11 plus

Open the Photo, and tap "Edit"in the top right corner.

Then, tap the square icon with arrows on the bottom. Then, use the rotate button in the top left, it looks like a square with one arrow pointing to the right.

I've been able to do this on my iPhone 11. Please follow the steps carefully.
