Payment

When ever I app from app stores , it ask payment method. I give so many cards for payment in the phone, it says “ your payment method was declined update or add a new payment method and try again” I am from India. Please give a clarification

You must use the App Store in the country you live and your payment method must be issued in the country of the store you use.
