Chase reissue not working in Apple Pay

I had a chase debit card reissued due to fraud. It automatically updated in Apple Pay. When i went to use it at a reader it will not work. Chase said it’s having problems with reissued cards due to fraud and Apple said it has to do with Chase not clearing the token before new card is added. This has been going on since June 27,2020. Has any one else experienced this and have been successful with getting it to work.

I’ve deleted the cards a few times, even trying to add them in manually. Still no luck. Any ideas?
