hI

My iphone 7 is not backing up in icloud .. everytime it says few items not backed up and in status it shows your never backed up in icloud

Hi for some reason my iphone is not backing up. I can't figure out why, but on my icloud I am years out from what is actually on my phone My phone has not backed up since 2016. I bought a new phone then and i thought everything had carried over, but when I get in icloud it stopped updating then. I try to push backups manually and nothing comes up on icloud.
