Someone literally used my Apple Pay in Italy and I’m in the USA and I can’t even see what or when it was purchased

go here - If you see "apple.com/bill" or an unfamiliar charge on your statement
It was not Apple Pay but a card assigned to Apple Pay. merchants and scammers can assign any name they want.
