Someone literally used my Apple Pay in Italy and I’m in the USA and I can’t even see what or when it was purchased

It was not Apple Pay but a card assigned to Apple Pay. merchants and scammers can assign any name they want.
Can you please show the transaction in a screenshot? Apple Pay is not hackable but your card can be compromised. You should contact the card issuer and cancel the card.
