Does apple care replace lost apple watches
My watch fell off in the ocean and I want to know if my apple care will cover it. It has only been 2 months since I bought it.

I don't believe so. Even if you have AppleCare+ with Theft and Loss coverage, it is available only for iPhone and only in the United States and Japan. See:
