Can't see FaceTime history: date/time of missed calls

Thanks for reaching out to Apple Support Communities. We understand that you would like to see your FaceTime call history.

On an iPhone or iPad, open the Phone app, then tap Recents to view a list of All/Missed calls. The FaceTime calls will be labeled beneath the contact name. You can tap the Information Button to the right of the call to get details including the time of the incoming FaceTime call.

View and delete the call history on your iPhone.

You can also view this information from the FaceTime app on any iOS or iPadOS device. You should see a list of all FaceTime calls when you open the app. You can tap the Information Button to the right of any call to get details for that FaceTime call.

On a Mac, open the FaceTime app, then click All or Missed.
