Why doesn't my purchase qualify for a refund?
Tonight, an annual subscription purchase was created in the Meditopia app. The purchase was created by accident by my 9-year-old brother. The Apple Store support site denies me a refund, and all my emails are answered: "We have determined that your purchase does not qualify for a refund." I will be grateful for your help.
