HomeKit Secure video stopped recording on Wed August 19th

Hi. I have the new Logitech Circle View camera for HomeKit and the Secure Video was recording properly until last Wednesday August 19th. I use a new 4K Apple TV as my hub and is still streaming video properly but will not record.

I’d appreciate some feedback / suggestions on what to do.

HomeKit Apple TV 'Camera Stream Limit Reached' When I first installed my Logitech Circle cameras they worked beautifully. I would get notifications on my tv and it would show live video for a few seconds. After a while the video started to become choppy and now I just get a still image alert. When I try to open the alert it tells me that the camera stream limit has been reached. Just recently I purchased a Logitech doorbell. It was the only device that worked perfectly. As of yesterday it started behaving just like the other cameras where I only get a still image notification. Pretty frustrating. Anyone have any ideas? Thanks.

Circle View Camera not recording on HomeKit I'm unable to choose Stream & Allow Recording in the Home App. When I select it, I get a the spinning icon, but not the check mark to indicate that it's active. Detect Activity works, Stream work, but not Stream & Allow Recording. It used to work, but yesterday it stopped. I have 2TB iCloud, and am only using about 50GB, so plenty of space, and the latest Apple TV 4K 1st Generation (32GB), running the most current tvOS (14.7) as of today the 31st of August, 2021. My iPhone is also running the most current iOS at 14.7.1. I've read about people saying that my Apple TV, and cameras both need to be on 2.4GHz WiFi, so I tried that, but that didn't fix the problem. Besides, it has been working since I brought the cameras about 8 months ago, and the Apple TV was on 5GHz, and cameras on 2.4GHz back then as well, so I don't think that has anything to do with it. Anyone have a solution for this issue?

I have reset it and logged out of my iCloud account and logged back into the account on the Apple TV. This appears to have solved the problem. Thanks for the suggestion.
