MY LIBRARY FONT IS TOO SMALL. EVEN ON EXTRA LARGE, I CAN'T READ WHAT IT'S SAYING.

Try This:

To to: iTunes menu
Select: Preferences...
Select: General
Go to: List Size menu
Select: Large
