Does apple contact you about people trying to hack your I cloud

Yes, it is fraud ...... 100% of the time. No exceptions.

I too, received such a call saying my icloud had been hacked or fraud...press 1 ....I did NOT. also left a phone number to call...I did NOT. Glad to see this was answered before! Gracias por ayudar todos.

I got a call on my landline indicating a problem with my iCloud account and was told not to do any purchasing or banking until it is fixed. my apple phone is a 6S. help me fix this issue

I had 5 calls in an hour telling me the same thing. My icloud account had been hacked, do not purchase anything, he gave me a number to call back and said that I could check his name on the apple web site. He said that there was all kind of activity in my I cloud account. He wanted remote access to my computer to fix it. I then hung up and got three more calls that I did not pick up. I do not have a lot on I cloud. The only important thing is a tax return. Is this a fraud? He sounded really convincing.
