iPhone 11 Pro Max Replacement

I just spoke with an apple support member named Geneva on the phone. She said she had sent me an email to my gmail account to view the return policy of the current damaged phone but I have not yet received the email. I was just curious to see if anyone could check on this for me and make sure my replacement phone is still on the way even though I have not received the email?
