Frozen Logo Iphone 10

my phone is stuck with the apple logo on the front. i have tried to reboot and nothing happens. please help

I'm not sure what exactly you tried.. but here are a couple of support links

If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch won't turn on or is frozen - Apple Support
