am in Uganda and my iPhone don’t support any SIM card from here I need your help

Sounds like the iPhone is carrier locked.

You have 2 choices:

  1. Return back to seller for a refund
  2. *Ask the carrier that locked the iPhone to officially unlock, and if you qualify, not Apple or anyone.

*Most carriers only unlock iPhone if you are their customer in good standing.
