Hello, I have published a book on Amazon (Kindle edition for electronic download only):

the book does not have an ISBN-no.
Is it possible for me to publish the same book on iBookStore enabling iPhone- and Mac-users to buy and download the book?

Yes, but iPhone and Mac users can already read your book by just using the Kindle app on their devices.
