I have a Beats X earphones that i got in March 2020. The battery life is not as advertised (5 hours instead of the advertised 8) but lately it has gone down to about an hour per charge.... Granted I ve been using it daily but 6 months of service is way below what I would expect from a battery.
How do you repair the battery. Do you send it in for repairs? Is there an exchange program?

i registered the beats x. It told me that my firmware is up to date, though I am not sure if it actually updated or it was up to date already. Will try it a few more days and see how it works out.
