My iPhone 4 is disabled and try again in 25million minutes. Tried connecting through iTunes to restore or reset but asks me to confirm connection on the phon which I can not access? Help!

It would be better if you can please re-post with a screenshot, in order to understand the phenomenon better. Images / pictures speak louder than words. (Do not provide any personal credentials, such as email id, apple id, IMEI number, Serial Number, Phone number, Order ID, if you are sharing a map ensure your location is not identifiable. etc)
The message shows you are trying the wrong passcode too many times.
I understand why, I am looking for ways to resolve as I can not wait 25 million minutes.
