I bought a second hand iphone but it was locked with activation lock by the previous owner I contact to him but he didn't answer me please help me to remove activation lock from iphone 6s.

Nobody on these boards can, and nobody at Apple will; the activation lock is an anti-theft measure. If you bought it through a place such as eBay, ask the people running the site or store for a refund.
