I changed my Apple ID to a new email, but all my devices are asking me to sign in with the old email address. I can't! Help

How to change Apple ID-email Hi everyone! I have a problem: many-many years ago I created My Apple ID using one email address on a newbie mail platform, today this platform ended its functioning and now I do not have that email address. If smth happens to my password, I wouldn’t be able to restore it, and will loose all my information on phone, MacBook, etc. Is there a way of changing my Apple ID email address and keep all my information?
