Change your Apple ID password: Change your Apple ID password - Apple Support

These message you speak of seem no more than a scam. So, report these to Apple and the Government (if an option):

  • To Apple: Take a screenshot of that phone number/message and send it off to Apple.

1. Go Here:

* Take a Screenshot on your iPhone - Apple Support

* Take a screenshot on your Mac - Apple Support

2. Forward the screenshot to: reportphishing@apple.com

  • To the U.S.A. Government:
