How do I re-register my phone number after deregistration.

Sorry, I keep getting an activation error
it has been going for 5+ days and I have followed all instructions.
Also my phone number sends sms (green imessages) but the blue ones do not work.

Really? You changed your Apple ID password, etc.?
What did Apple Support tell you when you contacted them?
My device is no longer supported with apple support which is why I have had to resort to using communities
