How much will it cost to fix WiFi hardware in iPhone X? Even after I did recovery mode my WiFi won’t turn on, I just want to know the amount it will cost to get fixed by technicians.

Apple doesn't open up your phone and replace all the parts related to WiFi, resolder everything and send it back to you, they confirm WiFi is not working and then offer your a Service Replacement Unit, which could be new or could be refurbished. It is listed under Other repairs in the link I provided above. If you don't want to pay that much go to a 3rd party repair site that can do board level soldering and get them to diagnose it. If it is just the antenna it won't cost you that much and it won't make any difference that they don't use an Apple part. If it is the WiFi IC unless they can find a salvaged one they won't be able to help you and you may not get any service from Apple after doing that.
