Help me reset my Apple ID

What do you mean by "reset"? Perhaps one of these articles will help:

If you're referring to resetting a forgotten Apple ID password your first option if you still have access to your device's settings screen and are currently signed in you can attempt to use the change password feature to see if you can do that without knowing your current password. Tap Settings > [your name] > Password & Security.

If you don't have access to your device's settings screen, or aren't signed in currently, or it asks you for your current password in order to change it you'll want do go to the website https://ifogot.apple.com and look at your recovery options.
