New IOS update and Bluetooth

After the most recent update I cannot get my phone to sync with Bluetooth enabled devices (car, Fitbit). I have tried turning off phone, turning off Bluetooth, deleting and reinstalling Fitbit app. Ideas?

Since you have tried several steps already, we would like to make sure you have completed each of the steps referenced in this resource: If you can't connect a Bluetooth accessory to your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch One of those steps is to unpair from your previous connections, which is outlined in the section "Unpair a Bluetooth accessory" in this article: Pair a third-party Bluetooth accessory with your iPhone, iPad, or iPod Touch It will have you completely forget those pairings, and then have you complete a fresh Bluetooth pairing.
