Curious how that actually happens (or appears) to occur.

Was there an email? ~ Or some other 'fake looking' item?

• If you see "apple.com/bill" or an unfamiliar charge on your account - Apple Support

https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201382

Confirm through details as outlined in this article (& others)

if the charges are authentic; or a fraud. If latter, Contact Apple.

Check within additional details below, if above gets nowhere.

• See your purchases history for the App Store or iTunes Store - Apple Support

https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204088

If something that may have been an authentic charge on your account

or maybe not, there are details in these pages that could be helpful.

• Request a refund for apps or content that you bought from Apple - Apple Support

https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204084

If you cannot identify the payment then perhaps you are looking at a phishing email.

"..Phishing refers to fraudulent attempts to get personal information from you. Scammers use any means they

can—spoofed emails and texts, misleading pop-up ads, fake downloads, calendar spam, even phony phone calls

to trick you into sharing information, such as your Apple ID password or credit card numbers.."

• Recognize and avoid phishing messages, phony support calls, and other scams - Apple Support

Another take on the above, differs in following Community thread:

• Phony "tech support" / "ransomware" popups and web pages - Apple Community

Sorry to say those who answer here generally have no direct means to investigate your issues.

Hopefully yours can be resolved by checking into your valid access; & hope nothing is amiss.

Good luck & happy trails!🌻🐝
