Iphone 11pro max glich

I just updated the iPhone, went on iturnes to restore music from iTunes then poof a black screen. I did everything listed on this site to no avail. Apple logo appears for a few then back to a black screen

Yesssss. I did both vol up while pressing the side button quickly 2-3 times & then the vol low button while pressing the side button quickly while connected to the laptop. Never letting go I kept pressing the side button with the vol up until the charging symbol appeared and restored the iPhone.

sounds complicated how I explained but it worked. Thanks

We understand your iPhone won't power up past the Apple logo. We're happy to help.

You can first try force restarting the device to see if that gets it to load. Just use the following steps:

"Press and hold both the Top (or Side) button and the Volume Down buttons until you see the Apple logo."

If it still won't load past the Apple logo, you'll need to restore the device through a computer. You can find the steps to complete that process at the bottom of this article: If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch won't turn on or is frozen
