Thanks for posting on Apple Support Communities. It sounds as though you aren't able to join an Apple Music family subscription. What happens when you try to join? Are you receiving an error message?


It's possible that some settings need to be updated or you may need to sign out and then back into your Apple ID. If you haven't done so already, we suggest you follow the troubleshooting steps outlined in this article:


If you don't see your family's shared content.
