iPhone 11 doesn’t connect to the network after being unsuspended when it was temporarily misplaced

My phone was working fine, and I had misplaced it and contacted boost on my computer and suspended my phone and becauseI am on a family plan all my devices had to be suspended. I found my phone a few hours later. So I unsuspended my account. The next morning I received a text message from boost stating that my phone should be on and working. I didn’t even realize I didn’t have service. Apparently suddenly stopped receiving network service overnight. I could use my phone connected to Wi-Fi with everything iPhone-ish. I could FaceTime and iMessage. But I could not make or receive phone calls or regular SMS text messages. I was on the phone between boost and Apple for over five hours with still no Solution.Did everything try to fix it, but still no service. I ended up having to reset my entire device. Making my situation even worse because now I couldn’t log back in because I didn’t have access to my phone to receive my code to log back into my phone. Fortunately I had a trusted device saved but I didn’t know the phone number I just wiped out my phone.

i need my phone working I’ve paid A lot of money upgrading to this device and have been working boost going on 10 + years.

This is what it shows in settings:

Setting > general > about > network (showing not available) > phone not allowed

Please help!
