In my iPhone XR the call logs only goes back upto 3 days...but in android the call log shows more than a month.
On an iPhone it is not time bound but is limited to number of calls (Last 100 Calls)
Watch the GIF below. I delete one or two call histories and then more populates from the bottom to make it 100.
