Macbook pro 16 sudden Crashes.

Hi everyone. I am asking here because the support is quite limited per telephone, and i need my laptop for work, so i can't immediately bring it to the Apple Store.

My macbook pro 16', i9 quad core, 64gb of Ram, crashes constantly during stupid tasks, or just during the night. Especially when i use softwares like Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects, licensed and original, and not even heavy loaded. In attachment you can see the crash report (scroll down) and the screenshots of.the condition of the computer after it automatically turned off and restarted.
