Should I set up my new Sonos One speakers first with Home.app or first with Sonos.app?

Before receiving the helpful reply of AZDreamer, I tried to set up the speakers with Home.app, but was not able to. I then set them up with the Sonos.app. Then browsing around in the Sonos.app, I discovered the Airplay connection. Now I have the two speakers showing up in the sound panel of System preferences and dropping down from the menu bar of my Mac. With this I can play sound from my Mac on the two speakers, but then I don't hear it on my Mac. I wonder if I can set up a group including the Mac AND the two speakers, and if I do this on Home.app or Sonos.app?
