Apple ID and iCloud problems

Apple ID seems active when I put new iPhone XR down when still active and when I go to home screen I get notice I must again enter Apple ID Password. This happens intermittently. Also when I try to update Apple ID it just spins continually and doesn’t complete. I don’t have another Apple ID. I bought this new iPhone and transferred information from iPhone 6s via iCloud. Have contacted Apple but no response yet. Read all searches about what may be wrong but nothing works. I don’t want to reset the iPhone. Does anyone know of a definite way of resolving this issue through my iPhone?!

. Do you have access to another WiFi network where you can try? That has worked for several people.


Try a restart.


Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch         


Try a forced restart.


Reset Device.      


If necessary


Hard reset.        


Do a backup and try a factory reset. Then restore from your backup.


Restore to Factory setting.      


Backup - Restore your device from an iCloud or iTunes backup.
