Did you enable iCloud Photos via Settings > Name > iCloud > Photos?

iPhone storage issue not solved by extra iCloud storage I bought extra iCloud storage to alleviate my iphones issue with storing all of my data. My friends recommended this to me as they said they had the same problem, and buying extra iCloud storage solved it immediately. When I go to my iCloud storage, it says photos and videos are stored there, but when I go to iPhone storage it says they are stored there also.
