So I get banners and badges and all sounds / vibrations are enabled in notifications but I don’t get the sounds/ vibrations when the banner pops up like it should with the iOS YouTube app. Everything up to date. Even tried re-installing app.

Yes I have all those turn on correctly and I did the steps, but I’m still having the problem. I wonder is it the phone ( IPhone 8 Plus) ?
i did all that and the notifications still won’t vibrate or make sound. It started after IOS 13.2.2
