Internet Restrictions on iPhone XR

On my last iPhone (the 6s), I could turn off all internet abilities by entering a restrictions code; however, I don't seem to be capable of doing that now on my iPhone XR. Is there a way to manipulate the settings so I am capable of turning off complete internet abilities through a restrictions code with iPhone XR?
