How to repay unpaid subscription?

I have a game subscription that I pay from my Apple Pay. In the payment time, I wasn’t have enough money in my card.. An email has been sent to me to fix the problem, and I deposit the required money in my card.

The problem is that it didn’t take the money, and I don’t know how to pay for it, because my card doesn’t work, I cannot download any app.. and this is what shown in the picture... I need help😔
