How can I not share network with another iPhone?

I don’t want to share anything on other devices.

As I stated, you should have separate Apple IDs. They were not meant to be shared. You should create an Apple ID for your son and then you can share content with Family Sharing

You should NEVER share an Apple ID with another person. It’s the electronic equivalent of sharing a toothbrush.

It leads to a long list of problems, including that you can’t have private text conversations, photos, contacts, calendars, as well as the problem you have asked about. Your son should have his own Apple ID. You selectively share a lot of content and most purchases with Family Sharing—>Family Sharing - Apple Support without the problems of sharing an Apple ID.
