As I stated, you should have separate Apple IDs. They were not meant to be shared. You should create an Apple ID for your son and then you can share content with Family Sharing

It’s my son’s phone and yes we are sharing my Apple ID but it gets really annoying when I try forget the network that he’s connected to, he also forgets the network. I need help to not share.
You should NEVER share an Apple ID with another person. It’s the electronic equivalent of sharing a toothbrush.
