Iphone storage full other system data

How do clear or reduce “Other Data” assuming my device doesn’t really need all of it since it’s literally more than 4x space the actual system (iOS) is using?

I’ve checked iphones of friends & family also on most recent release of iOS and their other data is typically LESS than System data.
