Whenever I try to reset my AirPods nothing happens , all I see is just a green light when i open the lid or when i take an AirPod out. It doesn’t connect to my phone at all but shows up on my phone to try to connect it but then asks me to press the button in the back but it doesn’t work when pressing the button in the back
what can I do to fix this promblem ?
ive tried cleaning the inside with a cotton swab

This did not work at all , when I open the lid it’s green which I’m assuming indicating that the AirPods are green , when I press and hold to set up button in the back no white or any type of light comes on. Just the green light disappears and nothing happens , is there another solution to reset the AirPods ?
